What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, country, optional phone, photo, story and links), the content you post, sponsorship records, and basic usage data such as pages viewed. Payment card details go directly to our payment partner — we never see or store them.
How we use it
To run your page, process sponsorships and payouts, send service emails (payout and sharing reminders, receipts, security notices), prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the platform.
What's public
Your name, photo, location, story, goal and sponsorship progress are public on your page. Your email address, phone number and payout details are never shown publicly. Sponsors may choose to appear anonymously.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: our payment partner (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language and currency, plus simple, aggregated page-view counts. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can edit or remove your information at any time in your dashboard, unsubscribe from reminder emails using the link in each email, or ask us to delete your account. Some sponsorship and payment records must be kept for legal, tax and fraud-prevention reasons.
Children
SPNSRD isn't intended for children under 13, and accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls, but no online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Use a strong, unique password.
