About this campaign
This will be my third hyrox I’ll be competing in, my first two races were women’s doubles or open and this one will be a mixed double. This encompasses heavier weights.
My story
My story starts like almost everyone else’s. I was out of shape, more round than tall, and tired of feeling disgusting in my own body. I tried the fad diets,going to planet fitness, etc. nothing helped or lasted. Finally I found an ad for a new CrossFit gym in town, so, why not right. I had a brief meeting with the owners, told them my story and they invited me to try a class. I tried it and even tho is was hard I like the fire that was lite under me. I needed o be held accountable and someone to push me. Fours years later I tried my first hyrox in Vegas. After someone close to me telling me I couldn’t do it I was hooked. I did it to prove I could. Now I’m signed up for my third for the year. Now I only have something to prove to myself. That I’m worth it.
