Why I'm doing this

I want my kids to see what showing up looks like, even on the days it's ugly.

My story

I train with a small crew that meets before sunrise no matter the weather. We've pulled each other through injuries, bad races and life. This event is the one we circled on the calendar, and I'm going after it with everyone behind me.
